I just had to contact Holly about a giveaway! With a New Year approaching and New Year resolutions being made everybody seems to have getting in shape top of their list!

This looks like something I need! One thing I liked a lot is that you won't bulk up with this routine. Fit YummyMummy uses only short burst resistance training sessions, not “bulky bodybuilder type workouts”. I want to tone up but not bulk up so this is perfect.

Okay, you have to love that it only takes 90 minutes a week of exercise. Let's be honest, I hate exercising, plus I am a Mom of twin toddlers. Not a winning combo. This just may be the answer to my "baby fat".

The benefit that I am most interested in is to Reverse the aging process.
I like that All You Need is 15 Minutes! you learn how to do short burst exercise to boost your metabolism and burn calories all day long – all from quick 15-minute workouts. That appeals to me as after 15 minutes I'm dying for the workout to be over.

Other than much needed daily exercise the best benefit for me will be the small amount of time that I will spend actually doing this workour. I don't know how other people do it! With a full time job, being a full time mom, a wife and making and selling crafts I barely have time to shower. LOL. So definately the time issue will be the best benefit of all!

I love that the site offers an insite scoop on women that have succeeded with this program. I love that it's great; not only for you, but for the whole family.

My new year's resolution is to become more active with my workout regime, more active with my children and most of all, physically and mentally on top of the world.

I have read a lot into this company. My favorite thing by far is that you don't have to spend a whole heck of a lot of time. It only takes 90 minutes a week to help achieve your goals. As a homeschooling stay at home Mom of a teen and twin toddlers, I do not have a plethora of time!!
