"In 2001, we (Elizabeth Hoenscheid and Karena Rasser) met while working together at a software company in Cambridge, Massachusetts. We soon became friends and discovered a shared passion for designing and selling preppy women’s accessories. We called our business Martinis & More, and we sold handbags, belts, and other accessories to Boston-area boutiques. Our products flourished, and the designing soon expanded to include headbands, flip flops, and baby items. The company name changed from Martinis & More to Top It Off, Inc.
