Baby Signs~ Potty Training Kit Giveaway Closed

I was very excited to be able to see what Baby Signs Potty Training is all about! And one lucky reader will win this kit!

Here is what the kit includes:

A Parent’s Guide to Potty Training Made Easy with the Baby Signs® Program -This straightforward parent guide from trusted child development experts will help you confidently lead your baby to potty success.
All Aboard the Potty Train DVD - With its catchy tunes, delightful animation and Baby Signs® Kids, this exciting DVD will teach your baby five potty-time signs and reinforce each step of the potty routine.
All Aboard the Potty Train Lift-the-Flap Book - Your baby will love discovering the potty-time signs hidden under each flap in this fun and interactive board book featuring the DiaperDoodles™.
Job Well Done! Stickers - These colorful reward stickers feature fun images and positive messages such as “Good Job!”, “I’m on the Potty Train!”
All Aboard the Potty Train Conductor’s Whistle - Whether to signal it’s time to go potty or to “sound the trumpet of success,” this fun-to-blow whistle will put a smile on your baby’s face when it’s potty time.

To make a very long story short about the issues we have been having with potty training. We have been dealing with everything from not wanting to sit on the potty to not wanting to wear underwear. I really wish I found out about this program much earlier.

We watched the DVD & read the book together. And my daughter loved the video especially when she got to use her train whistle! This kit is such a great tool for potty training.

How to win:

You need to click and visit Baby Signs then come back and leave a comment and tell me a benefit about Baby Signs~Potty Training and who you want to win it for! Want another entry? It makes potty training fun for the child, which it sure isn't at the moment. My son does great at daycare but hates using the potty at home - doesn't want to wear diapers but has frequent accidents because he won't go even when I suggest it.

I learned that The truth is, potty training a baby under the age of 24 months is actually easier than potty training an older child. Why? Because as children get older, they want to make more and more decisions on their own. This will be for my daughter she is almost be 20 months soon, perfect time to start training. amsbolda@hotmail.com

It allows potty training earlier which helps the environment--not as many disposable diapers! I would like to win this for my grandnephew who actually hasn't been born yet--is due on April 24th--but it won't be long before potty training is an issue and this would be a great item to have ready and waiting for that time.

Well, this is quite the novel idea using sign language to communicate with very young children. I am amazed! A benefit, is your child learning sign language before they can even talk for a way to communicate. It lessens frustration. I'd like this for my newest grandson. He won't be ready for it just yet...he's only 2 months old, but maybe his parents could train him much earlier than the way I trained mine.

It provides a happy medium between earlier training (prior to 6 months) and later training (after age 2). It enables babies to reach “communication readiness” by using signs rather than waiting for words. My son who is 22 months loves to sign and we have been trying out potty training for two months now so this sounds PERFECT! Thanks for the chance.

To me, the biggest benefit is that you can potty train before age 2. I have potty trained 2 girls (one at age 3 and one at 18 months) and my third girl is 27 months and just about potty trained. I would use this for my son who is currently 10 months old. The girls were somewhat easy to potty train (the one who did it at 18 months did it all on her own), but I have been told boys are much harder to potty train.

I like the faq which states: "Babies will potty train at the age parents expect them to train."

I've made the mistake of letting my son "take the lead", and now, at 3.5, he's still resistant. Yes, he makes most of his daytime pottys in the toilet, but I CANT GET HIM TO WEAR UNDERPANTS. ugh.

I plan to have a more structured approach with his baby sister. This looks like it would help!
