I'm guessing that the individual colors were all neatly organized in the box when an eager 5 year old decided to get her own breakfast one morning, and when they went crashing into the floor, the colors got all mixed up. :)

I think some toddlers got together when their mommies were busy on the phone and filled the box of trix with milk and strawberry quik,then poured it out on the table and commenced to fingerpaint with the soggy trix, hence creating the rainbow of swirls.

They got swirled together when they were dancing around the Maypole.
I think it was that silly rabbit that caused the colors to swirl together! The rabbit was hopping around all the pails of color and accidently hopped on top of them, making them swirl, turn over, and spill on the cereal and mix together. The rabbit then put the Trix cereal in the box, thinking no one would notice! I bet that rabbit wants us all to believe that it was a human who did that, but it really was that silly rabbit!
He was surprised that the swirled cereal became such a hip hit! It was all thanks to the rabbit's hip hop!

I was carrying the box containing all of the colors and I tripped over my sons skate board... ouch! but double ouch! i spilled the box and they got all mixed together. My boss didn't yell at me though, she thought it was a great idea and used it for the new box and gave me a promotion too!

The little cereal pieces must have been flying in hot air balloons, when they lost fuel and crashed into a huge bowl - the bowl saved their fall - but they were no longer individual colors - each was combined in a swirly mix of beautiful colors and so they became Trix Swirls.

Trix the rabbit was up to his old antics - tricks of course. While attempting to elude everyone, and keep all the Trix his very own,he grabbed up all of the various colors, poured them into a huge vat, grabbed the largest carrot he could find and swirled the colors all together in hopes that all would be fooled. It was just an average day in the factory, with every worker minding their own business. Until the Trix bunny decided to pay a visit, that is. As he was hopping through the factory, his big rabbit feet got tangled up and he fell, knocking over several colors that were heading right to coat a large batch of Trix cereal. The colors swirled right before everyone's eyes. At first, the trix rabbit was extremely embarassed and disappointed, but then everyone started exclaiming how unique and colorful the newly painted cereal was. They decided to sell it just like that!

I suspect the Trix Rabbit stole the trix from some unsuspecting kids and hid in the back yard. The children saw him and turned on the sprinkler system. Giving the rabbit a scare he dropped the Trix causing them to get wet and blend together

As the conveyor belts had a blast from a power surge and went spinning at high volocity, the color squirters also surged and messed up the entire day's production. Company CEOs, ever on the defensive about down time and loss, rather than clean up puddles and hose things down, left everything as is and labled this a 'marketing breakthrough' and 'new and improved'. This will be short lived as the inspectors will make a scheduled visit and things will be back on track...that's how we get limited editions....they hate paying penalties....

I think an elephant sprays
