«Oldest ‹Older 1 – 200 of 301 Newer› Newest»I love using Panko Crumbs! They make chicken crispy without having to go through all the dredging with egg and flour. Just brush a little oil or even better mustard onto chicken breasts then coat them in panko, and you are ready to cook them however you wish!
I am a faithful follower.
Marinate chicken in yogurt, garlic and lemon juice. dip in panko breadcrumbs. Pan fry or bake---sooooo good!
I use broth in everything! I love to add it to my Crock Pot cooking and it gives a little extra flavor. It also helps stretch meals a bit!
I follow you!
And I have your button, too!
I would like to try Panko as a topping for my scalloped potatoes.
already following your blog
I have your button on my blog.
http://bmontag.blogspot.com/
I substitute broth for water in a lot of my recipes...the broth just adds so much flavor. Also, tonight I'm making chicken tenders dipped in ranch dressing and coated in Progresso's Italian Breadcrumbs...it's tasty and super easy!!
Thanks for the chance!!
I'm also a follower...thanks!!
My best tip for entertaining is to clean the guest bath, hang white towels for just such an ocassion, close all the bedroom doors, turn down the lights and light a candle.
Things look and smell good when you do. And if they don't look so good, no one can tell with the doors closed and the lights turned down :)
I'm a follower on Google Reader :)
I haven't tried panko crumbs, but I'd bet it's great on chicken :)

I love Panko and just introduced my Mom to them last week. I use Panko bread crumbs to dip chicken, fish and pork chops in before frying them. I use the broth for everything from mashed potatoes to creamed chicken gravy. Yummy
