Here is some information about the banner from Devany Designs:
This KISS ME banner will bring luck your St. Patrick's Day decor with a shamrock on each letter. It is hand-cut and hand-decorated for a one-of-a-kind touch. Each banner may differ slightly from the photo.
Each letter (appx. 4" X 6") is individually laminated for durability and strung together with fabric ribbon. Overall length is about 4 feet.
She did such a fantasticv job creating this banner. She carries banners for birthdays and all the holidays! And her prices are very reasonable!
