Five Gadget Reviews for the Busy Mom - Guest Post

Five Gadget Reviews for the Busy Mom

If you’re a mother, you probably wish you had an extra arm or more hours in the day to get everything done. Moms (and dads) are busy, but luckily, modern gadgets can help you get some control back in your life. Whether you are trying to keep your child entertained while you are travelling or you are looking for some tools that will help you get more done in less time, here are some gadget reviews for you to consider:

Web cams – These cameras are great for keeping up with family. If you don’t live close to your parents, a web cam helps them see the growth of your children, and they are a lot more personal than a telephone call. You can video chat with friends and family members for free with Skype or a similar application, so the initial cost of $20-$70 is a steal. A more expensive camera will probably give you better streaming, so consider your needs before you make your purchase.
iPad – An iPad or tablet of some kind can really help you keep your children entertained. Because you can read books (even colored picture books), play games and listen to music, you can use this one device to entertain multiple ages. If your teenager likes to surf Facebook, but your toddler just wants to read a book, then you can satisfy both desires with one product. Best of all, an iPad is great for the parents too, since it helps you organize your busy schedules.
Camcorder – A camcorder helps you capture those moments in life that are special, and it makes it easy for you to share those moments with others. Not only can you replay the videos later for your kids, but modern camcorders make it easy to upload to social sharing sites for those who aren’t technologically savvy. For added convenience, consider a mini camcorder, which is great for travelling or stashing in your purse.
Noise cancelling headphones – Every parent can benefit from noise cancelling headphones, no matter the price. Enough said.
Digital cameras – If you’re still holding onto the old ‘point and shoot’ camera, it’s time to upgrade to a digital camera. You can see if your child is making a face before you develop the picture, and you can find some really inexpensive models.
Your life is already busy enough, so try some of these products to help simplify things. Kids are a great addition to any family, and so are these gadgets that help you get through the day.

This post provided by a great friend of Frugal Mommy of Two Girls - Hapari.com. Providing beautiful swimwear and tankinis for the real woman’s body.
Please check back soon we will be having a give-away from Hapari!

CR Stitchery

Are you looking for a cute gift idea for Easter? CR Stitchery has just what you are looking for. They make these adorable Easter Bunny Trail Mix Bags. Perfect for a gift or a Basket stuffer for only $6.00.

Here is some information about the felt Easter bags:

So adorable, these charming felt bunny bags with their floppy ears, wiggly and googly eyes, and on the backside a little cottontail.

Start a fun new tradition - feeding Peter Cottontail. Similar to leaving food for Santa’s reindeer, I started this new idea with my daughter last year. The bunny trail mix is a little bag filled with jelly beans and candy corn to be sprinkled on the lawn at night to leave a “trail” for Peter Cottontail to follow and lead him to your home to hide Easter Eggs and Baskets!

These machine sewn and hand embellished bags measures apx. 4" X 5" without the handle.. Inside is a little baggie of Bunny Trail Mix tied with a colorful bow...a small mixture of candy corn and jelly beans. Also enclosed is a card with cute poem of instructions along with Peter Cottontails Song (Hippitty Hop, Easter‘s on it‘s way…).

Not only does CR Stitchery make these cute Easter bags but they also have some adorable items in their shop. Check them out!
